Reports and export

Share ranking history and SERP evidence with a read-only report link, or export the same project data into an XLSX workbook.

Reports give you a shareable record of a project. Instead of sending screenshots or copying values from the tracker, you can create a read-only report link or download an .xlsx workbook with ranking history and SERP evidence.

Shared reports are read-only public links with a random, hard-to-guess ID. They are useful when a client or teammate needs to review progress without signing in to your ShoSerp account.

A shared report can include ranking history, keyword metrics, and competitor-analysis data depending on what you choose to share and what has already been collected for the project.

You can revoke active share links when they should no longer be accessible.

XLSX export

The workbook can include:

  • Overview - project summary metrics
  • Keywords - keyword list, primary ranking URLs, historical ranks, and deltas
  • SERP - captured organic results and ads across dates

The exact data depends on what has been collected for the project.

When reports help. Use shared links for quick read-only review. Use XLSX exports for client reporting, stakeholder updates, offline analysis, project handoff, or any situation where a live dashboard is not enough.

Generate a report or export

Open a project and choose the reporting action you need. For a shared report, ShoSerp creates a public report URL. For an XLSX export, ShoSerp generates the workbook on the server and gives you a download link when it is ready.

Both formats are built from saved project data, so they reflect the snapshots, history, metrics, and analysis already collected.

Availability

Report sharing and XLSX export are available on Professional. On lower plans, the actions stay visible but locked with an upgrade prompt.
